A few months back we had new neighbors move next door to us, very excited to have such great neighbors and new hunting buddy! Jesse and Kim were expecting and I mentioned, I would be happy to snap a few baby pictures for them. Well, I put my best effort in it and I think they turned out great. I hope Kim and Jesse find them worthy enough to hang on the wall.
Well, Saturday night a bridesmaid told me that my Mike Eli and Kacey wedding pics were in People Magazine in the Country Special. Alway’s excited to see my pictures in print. Congrats to them for being showcased and getting a little publicity on their very stylish wedding in the Texas hill Country. I frequently get compliments on there photos and I always say it has, so much more to do with the subjects than my picture taking ability. As alway’s thanks Mike and Kacey for letting me share a few moments of your life with me and glad the pictures were in focus and good enough to get published.

Heather and George had a very stylish wedding at the newly remodeled Aloft hotel in downtown Dallas, a very funky and eclectic hotel. We had great backgrounds and textures to shoot against that made this a very fun wedding to photography. I look forward to putting together their fine art book, and really getting into all the great images that we shoot at this awesome event.

Stefanie and Aaron had a terrific wedding the other night at Perkins Chapel at SMU in Highland Park. The girls started the day off at the Palomar Hotel in Dallas getting pampered and just having way to much fun. The wedding reception was held at CityPlace in Dallas and was a blast to shoot and I have really enjoyed my time with this great couple.

Amberle and Dennis showed up to my office with some very specific shots they would like to have for their engagements pictures. Amberle worked very hard pulling together all the clothing and makeing all the arrangements for this shoot. I may have to start hiring her for my commercial shoots, she did an awesome job making this shoot happen.
Amberle owns a beautiful Arabian mare (Amal Magidaa) that she keeps at Arabians Limited in Waco, Tx. Her mare is due to have it’s foal very soon! She smiles from ear to ear telling you just how excited about having her first foal… Amberle goes around the country showing this fantastic mare and has won numerous shows. I enjoyed this shoot and working with Amberle, Dennis and her mare (Amal Magidaa) all of them looked great! The people at Arabians Ltd. jumped in to help us and I really appreciated their help for helping with the mare and helping move the lights around when a few rain drops showed up! I love horses and shooting with animals can be extremely difficult, but this was not the case the their help. The only problem was a little hurricane name Alicia, but she to behaved too and she split and went north and south of Waco, we caught a drop or two, but all in all a great and fun day!
